Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via DHL. As our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted and made to order, please allow 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. However, if the item is in stock at our atelier, it can be shipped sooner, feel free to inquire about items available for expedited shipping.

Pieces marked "Fast Shipping" are in stock and will be shipped within 3-4 days. Once shipped via DHL, delivery will take 1-7 days depending on the destination country.

Once dispatched, orders will typically arrive within 24-48 hours in Spain and Portugal.

For Europe, USA, and Canada, please expect delivery between 3 and 7 business days.

Shipments to Latin America and other American countries may take between 7 and 15 days.

Free shipping is available for orders over €200 to the European Union, USA, Canada and Japan.
